One side of earphones was not working so i applied for replacement. Product was picked on 6th june. Estimated delivery was around 16th june. Today is 26th June and i have not received the replaced product. I tried tracking the product but it is stuck in Mumbai for several days. My emails and tweets are not being answered by the company. I want this problem resolved ASAP. My ticket number is 1138826.
