[Resolved]  Boat — No order update

My bluetooth earphone had distorted noise when i hear...So, I requested for replacement of my Boat Rockerzz 255F. Order was picked up by XPRESSBEES on 17th of oct, 2020 and delivered to the boat on 21st of october. But I did'nt get any update from them. Its already 1 and half months...Kindly pls resolve this case
