Boat — No repair or replacement under warranty period

To whomsoever it may concern,

My boat airdopes 441 stopped working after few months under warranty period. I filed online complaint at boat website on 22nd may, 2021. My ticket number is 2384268. They picked up my product on 3rd day. I got no updates regarding the product even after 12 days. I emailed them. They told to wait for another 48 hours. After 14 days, i didn't receive any solution and the product was with them. I wrote again, still got the same reply to wait. After 16 days of sending my earbuds, they are not solving the issue. It's the case of fraud and stealing the item. I am going to take legal action within national consumer forum.

My only advice: Never ever buy any boat products, their products are cheap because their quality and service is poorest.
