Boat — No replacement after product return/not responding to my mails

One side of my earphone wasn't working properly. So I went for a warranty claim. My earphones were picked after a successful verification of invoice details on 7th September 2022. Delivery boy picked my earphone and a varification msg also recieved .
But after that they send another delivery person saying that pickup has not done
After that i called coustomer care they asked me to mail the verification msg to there email address for proof that i have hand over the headphone.
After that nothing.no reply no update.
But I didn't receive my product yet (it's 15th September today). I've been calling & sending emails but all in vain. They don't respond to customer queries.
