Complaint marked as Resolved So when I registered complaint on this website I also tweeted to boAt at the same time, so I don't know from which source they resolved my complaint but I think they resolved my complaint by my tweet on Twitter.
They replied me on twitter after 5 hours. After 7 days they dispatched my replacement product and it was delivered to me on 10 Aug 2020.
So If you are facing same issue as mine you can tweet on boAt handel.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want my product replacement.
