Boat — No response for the ticket raised against product malfunction

One side of boat headset not working.
I have raised a ticket for the warranty claim as the product is
Still under warranty and i should be given a new headset.

According to the ticket i delivered the faulty product as mentioned in
The ticket and was informed that i will be given the updates regarding
The process.
But till now no update has been provided and i need a new headset as well.
Please note this has been raised for 3 months and my warranty is about to end.

Kindly do the needful and provide a new headset
