Boat — No response from boat for my replacement product

My boat stone 1000 speaker was picked up on 23rd of july for repair and the product was dispatching soon on august 1st. Today is 25th of august and the status remains the same. No response from customer care, no reply to e-mails. Please do the needful. My ticket# is 1310758
