With reference to the ticket number - 1306687
I had registered a complaint on 20th July regarding my boat rockers 255 as its left side speaker is not working. On 21st July I received a mail from your customer service centre as it says your courier partner will pick up my product unit with in 48 hours. But now its been 9 days and still no one picked up my product. And also within the next few days the warranty period for my earphones will be over, so I feel I wont be able to claim the replacement then. So I humbly request this issue to be solved at the earliest.
NB: It is the second time I register the same complaint
I had registered my first complaint on June 10 ( Ticket number[protected] and still I didn't receive any update from your customer service.
I am totally disappointed in your customer service. I afraid that if you don't resolve my issue I would have a second thought whenever I intend to purchase a boat product. Was this information helpful? |
