My earphones stopped working so i put up a complaint for the replacement of the product. The earphones were picked up on 20 june 2020 and the status of the product shows delivered but still no update from boat's end My complaint ticket number:1192312 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 03, 2020 Updated by DineshSingh246 It's been 4 days now, but no response from boat's end. They mailed me that "they will intimate me within 4 days". Almost 15 days have passed after pick up of my product, but no update. Please help. My ticket no. Is - 1192312. They mailed me that "it will take 12 to 15 days to replace your product" almost 20 days have passed after pick up of my product, but no dispatch. Please help and dispatch my product as soon as possible because my product is showing already replaced in status. My ticket no. Is - 1192312.
