On 30th May, I have raised the complaint on the support portal regarding the repairing or replacing of my Bluetooth headset Rockerz 235 v2.
Its been almost 28 days, there isn't any update of the ticket which have been raised on the portal.

One of the worst and ### CUSTOMER services by such a big name in audio in India. Would never advise anyone to purchase the boat product after this experience.
Portal mentions solving the complaint within 12 to 24 business days.
Got fed up writing mail to them, stupid CUSTOMER care representatives are asking me to wait for more than 12 to 24 working days after waiting for almost 29 days. Was this information helpful? |
