[Resolved]  Boat — no updates for my product after faulty earphones picked up

I have raised complaint on 5th oct about my boat rockerz earphones and they picked up my order and it's reached service station on 14th oct but till now i don't see any updates about replacement/repair.

I tried to call and mailed multiple times but no response those guys.

Ticket number raised for replacemenr is 626734.

So please help me to resolve issue as soon as possible

Its been more than 4 days but I didn't get my replacement. bIts status is delivered but when will I get it. What the hell are you guys doing. Please reply asap!
I had register complaint for boAt Rockerz 275 Bluetooth headphones in warranty period. Product was pickup by you but what is the status of my headphones when it will return to me your replacement no idea. Kindling mail me or call me regarding this
