I raised a request for headphone replacement on 14th april 2020 bearing ticket number 1067685. The product was under warranty and defected product was picked up from me on 5th may 2020. However even after multiple followup mails and failed calls to the customer service number which doesn't connect, i have no updates.
It has been more than a month and no updates. Request strong action as there are many such complaints on this forum and this seems like a regular operating procedure for the company. Was this information helpful? |
