I have raised a request to replace my faulty product which was under warranty.
I raised the request on 1 September 2020 and I have not received the product as of now. I have called customer care around 10 times and I received the same response as always that they will dispatch the product within 2 days. Everytime I call they ask to wait for 2 days. On the website my product was supposed to be dispatched on 15 September but it has not dispatched untill now. It has been 45 days.

Updated by ajay08ojhaa my product was delivered after 47 days and when I saw the product it was different.. same product model was not delivered
