I ordered boat 255pro+ wireless headset from boat website on 03rd september and it's been 2 days and I have not even received a order ID through mail or phone number. Customer care said after 24hrs will reach on order id but still now not received anyone message. I now want to. Order id or cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care . I want a refund.
Payment was made through paytym.
