I ordered boAt Rockerz 255 from the boAt's official site but received a damaged product. So, i contacted them to either give my money back or replace this product. The delivery guy(from Bluedart) took the product from my home on 28th September and still hasn't reached boAt's centre. Whenever i track the product, it shows that wrong delivery pincode, will affect delivery. I also have been trying to contact their customer service for a long time but haven't got any response. Please look into this matter and either give me a refund or replace the damaged product.
