Pick up request generated on 26.10.19
The courier company picked up my bluetooth speaker on 29.10.19
And courier company deliver on 31.10.2019
After that there is no status update about my product.
When i try to track my shipment it shows no details available.
The courier company is unaware of the shipment.
Boat complaint portal is not updated nor they respond to my emails nor the customer service no. Works. They keep us waiting for 10 mins and the call disconnects.
What kind of service is this?
If you cannot keep the warranty terms given
