I raised a ticket for replacement of my earphones on 18th april. My product was picked on 21st april by the courier company. As per the tracking status my product was replaced and sent to courier company on 10th may.
Howerver after that i have not recieved any communication neither i have recieved my product.
Kindly look into the issue as this is creating lot of frustration.
