Boat — Not yet received my product which I order

I purchased boad earbuds from Myshopify website which I got the advertisement from Facebook I paid 336.30 rs on 7 Aug. I pay through Online even I'm having the transaction ID[protected]Google pay)
I got ther confirmation msg from the company link, but not yet received any tracking details or product.
Please do solve my query or want my money back.
