Replacement product issued ticket status updated on 8th july 2020 after that didnt get any update. I mailed and didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.
I had registered complaint on 25th june 2020o with a ticket number 1220731. The product was collected from me on 25th june 2020 and the service center received on 7th of july when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 8th the agree for replacement but till now there is no update in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
