Boat — Payment debited but no update on order or refund

I placed order on 2nd Jan 2022.
Paymet was debited from my gpay with
Transaction ID[protected]. The order did not get placed.
There is no update on my refund.
They dont reply to mail.
I have called them 5 times since the money debited. I get the same respond that we will look into the issue.
There is no solution or any positive respond from them.
