On 27th July, 2022 midnight, I initiated a payment of ₹1499 against purchase of BOAT ROCKERZ 333 ANC via my RBL Credit card. While paying, the transition failed but the amount got debited from my Credit Card.
Afterwards on 28th July, I again initiated a payment for the same product and that was successful and the order got placed.
The first payment was on the name of IMAGINE MARKETING PVT NEW DELHI IN with Transaction ID VT222100269004120000017.
The second payment was on the name of BOATLIFESTYLE COM GURGAON IN with Transaction ID VT[protected].
I have not got the refund for the failed transaction. So I contacted the credit card provider. I sent mail to my Credit card supplier but due to the change in the merchant name in both the transaction they are not able to initiate the refund.
