Okay.. so I have ordered Airpodes 501 ANC from boat lifestyle which costs 2499. and because the delivery date was not mentioned and my order did not get shipped even after 2 days, Changed my mind and canceled the order and wanted the refund… but my refund has not been initiated yet.. now it has been more than weeks... My ticket id. ORDER #596257... today on 2nd August I received a reply to my Email, stating my refund/reference id which is 20210726111212800110168847925348270... and I am also attaching a screenshot of their official website which states my order has already been refunded.
