Boat — Payment not refunded

On 25th july at 3:24 i made a payment of 1999/- for boat smartwatch zenit but only payment was deducted not order placed and today 17th day is running and till now my payment not credited into bank account. My UPI reference no.[protected]. exceptation is refund my money.
