Boat — please help me with the replacement product ticket 611582

Sir i am writing this complaint 4th time in span of 20 days still no use. It has been showing replacement product issued since october 22nd still not delivered. I am waiting and waiting and now i am pissed off sir. Please help me sir, i cant even buy a new one as i am waitinh for old one i bought that ear phones with all my pocket money now i dont have any of it left. I am literally crying sir please help me sir please help me... I am deeply requesting sir
