I am writing this to let you know that my Boat order has been delayed for 6 days from the initial ETA. I was supposed to receive my order today on the 20th of April, as shown on the product page which showed out for delivery in the morning. During the day, I didn't hear anything about my delivery. After checking the order tracking page later, it shows that the customer number could not be contacted, and delivery could not be done, when in fact I am 100% sure that no attempt was made to contact me regarding my order. This is very disappointing for me as I have been using boat products for a long time, and such poor service lowers my expectations from the company. Please see to this situation and kindly pay more attention to improving your delivery services. Thank you.
P.S. It would even be helpful if I was given any contact information of the delivery agent or any number to call to enquire about my order, however, since none of the above is given, I am currently left in the dark. Was this information helpful? |
