Boat — poor service

I havent received my boat rockerz 255 earphones yet.
I sent them by claiming warranty as the right side was not working on 09-09-19.
Its been so many days since then.
I am tracking my complaint but there is no progress in its place since a long time. It is still in the service centre in mumbai since a long time.
Please check into it and please notify me. Ticket no. - 526639.
