I placed a prepaid order with boAt Lifestyle (Order ID: 7895824) on 18th April 2025. After waiting for over 12 days, the product is still not delivered.
I contacted boAt customer care several times. Every time, I was given false promises such as “the product will arrive by evening” or “wait for tomorrow.” I even visited the logistics hub multiple times, and was clearly told that the product was never received by them.
Now boAt is claiming that the delivery failed due to "inability to reach me" — which is completely false. There was no delivery attempt, no call, and no update. Despite this, boAt has refused to re-ship the product and is pushing for a refund.
I do not want a refund. I waited nearly two weeks and bought the product during a promotional offer. I want the product delivered as committed, and also expect an apology and compensation for the time lost, stress caused, and poor service.
boAt’s refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter legally through Consumer Court and report it on all public platforms.
