I could check the delivery traking page its showing delivared to the seller but the boat taking page is showing product pickup generated for replacement and serving please help

The delivery courrier deliver my prduct to the boat service center on 13 june today 20 jne there is no any update.no any update from boat service team it alaways saying product pickup generated for servicing a d replacement

boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
