Boat — Product gone for replacement but till now it is not dispatched, its been more than a month

I bought boat airdopes 621 due to some issues i claimed warranty at 25 may 2021 dilevery boy picked my product and at 29 may 2021 it reached the service centre but till now it has not been dispatched yet .Please help me .My ticket no. is 2388361
whenever i call customer care they say i one week it will be dispatched but nothing happens. PLEASE HELP ME I NEED IT
