Boat — Product lost in shipment and compensation not received yet

I replaced my product in february and i didn't receive my product or any reply from the company or the logistics. It's been 4 months and i lost my valuable earphones costing 1000rs. The xpresbees customer service tells to communicate with imagine marketing private limited. But how should i contact and how will i get the refund what to do. It's been 4 months and there is no reply from both companies. I want my product or refund as soon as possible

Why the hell you told me to put a mail just to escape by saying words or what. it's been 3 days and there is no reply why the hell are you playing games.
