I order earphones on the 15th of May but it is 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the product. I have received the free mask which the company provides but I don't want it and happy to return it. I have been calling the customer service but get the same answer to wait 24 hours or 48 hours and that I will get a call from the team but I'm still waiting for the call. The delivery status is showing RTO but the lazy Boat team is not bothered to call and update me on it.
Each time the team says your product is safe with us. I don't want it to be safe with you! I want the product in my hand! I called them again today and they now expect me to wait till next Tuesday! If you can't deliver the product then initiate the refund right now on very high priority.
This is a waste of my time and my energy! One of the worst services I've ever experienced.
My order number is 366661. Kindly take back your free mask and initiate the refund of my priority product.
