Boat — Product not delivered and the gmail came says:product has been recieved and there there was no message or any kind of OTP!!

My product is not delivered yet it's about 10days of the delivery and I have been running to service centre at empirial mall, Bareilly for 10days ... They have registered my complaint with another phone no. And placed my correct gmail ... Now they are dodging me .. for next day and next day 🥺🥺🥺 please go through my complaint 🙏🙏 I have been listening to my family for this Little product 🥺. I wish that should not buy the this head phone
