I have ordered a product on 28/12/2020 but have not yet received. When I call their customer executives, they give senseless excuses. They are not ready to even commit when I am going to get my product delivered. Worst they are asking to call their shipment partner because according to them it's not their concern because the product is dispatched. When I call shipment partner they are telling kindly contact seller. Even customer care executives are harsh.
