Boat — Product not delivered for warranty claim

My earphones are picked up on 17 may
Today its 25th june more than 1 month
I didnt received product.
I've mailed to seller "DEHLIVERY"
Tracking id[protected]
It shows " the shipment lost, please contact to seller for refund".
Im very much disappointed, what that mean the product lost????

Plz help me out fastly .
If you cant give me earphones
At least refund the money
