I filed a complaint on july 9, 2020 for the issue of audio disbalance with a boat rockerz 270v2. The product was collected by the company and a replacement unit was issued not july 14, 2020 but it's still not dispatched. I've tried contacting via email and telephone but they do neither reply the mails nor attend the calls. I've also tried connecting via social media on instagram and facebook but they don't reply. I just want an update on the situation as to why there is a delay in dispatchment and when the said unit will be dispached. My ticket no is 1269606.
