I filed a complaint on July 20, 2020 for the issue of flat sound(no bass) with a boat stone grenade bluethooth speaker. The product was collected by the company and a replacement unit was issued on August 1, 2020 but it's still not dispatched. I've tried contacting via email and telephone but they do neither reply the mails nor attend the calls. I've also tried connecting via social media. I just want an update on the situation as to why there is a delay in dispatchment and when the said unit will be dispached.
