I have requested for a replacement/warranty check for my Boat charging cable, as it is not working and not charging my phone. I've requested to replacement for my product on 29th July, My product was picked up on 29th July.
After a very long delay my product reached Mumbai service center on 18th August, after 3 days, i.e 21st August, they've approved to replace my product, and the status of my replacement is "Replacement Product dispatching soon". Today it is 26th August and my product is not dispatched. On 29th of this month my request will complete 1 month but I've not received my product.
Dear boAt customer care, please Speed up your service and ship my product As soon as possible.
