Purchased boat rockerz 380 from boat and requested for replacement because of performance issue.

The item was received at the service centre on[protected] and replacement order was issued on[protected]. After that there is no further proceedings of the ticket. I contacted few times through email. They have given customer care number but it is not working or not able to contact.
I have not received any kind of reply since[protected] till date.
The item worths 1499 INR.
Please refer the last two communications from my end.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring your attention to my ticket number 1320223. I have returned the item for replacement and have been waiting so long. But it is either not processed till to the final stage or lack of proper attention to this case. Request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest.
I am not able to get in touch with customer care also. I tried few times and failed to connect with them.
This issue is been under process and no further follow up from your end. I would like to know what is the reason for the negligence on this particular case.
