[Resolved] Boat — Product not replaced - Waiting too long for replacement

Purchased boat rockerz 380 from boat and requested for replacement because of performance issue.

The item was received at the service centre on[protected] and replacement order was issued on[protected]. After that there is no further proceedings of the ticket. I contacted few times through email. They have given customer care number but it is not working or not able to contact.
I have not received any kind of reply since[protected] till date.
The item worths 1499 INR.
Please refer the last two communications from my end.

This is to bring your attention to my ticket_no=1320223. From 04-August-2020 onwards, I could not see any improvement or updates on the product which I purchased. I am not able to contact through the given contact number or not able to get any further updates.
Please let me know what is the reason for not solving the issue with my product?

#1427056 Ticket no 1320223 is not been processed for replacement

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring your attention to my ticket number 1320223. I have returned the item for replacement and have been waiting so long. But it is either not processed till to the final stage or lack of proper attention to this case. Request you to look into the matter and reply at the earliest.
I am not able to get in touch with customer care also. I tried few times and failed to connect with them.
This issue is been under process and no further follow up from your end. I would like to know what is the reason for the negligence on this particular case.

I didnot receive any proper response from this portal. I registered complaint on the government portal and got proper response to my query.

boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Scaria Atakkamundakkal I had received a call from [protected] saying that he is calling for boat. He told that he is going to refund the money back as boat 380 rockers is not available/obsolete.
By the mean time he asked me about my payment details and as he asked me to provide the details about my debit card.
Being suspicious about the act, I did not provide the details. Then he told that he is not going to refund the money and I can proceed legally. Please update this about boat customer care.
I strongly believe that this call was made by some fraud person who has access to this site to steal money from innocent people, as a company like boat will not take such judicious decision.
