Boat — Product picked up for replacement ,but not yet arrived at boat service center

Boat airdopes 171 had one side issue after one month o[censored]sage, so I made a complaint regarding replacement. Later I was assigned a ticket no of 1834058, then product was picked by them through XpressBees delivery on 3rd week of December 2020. But it was not updated in their complaint portal, still it shows product will be picked up soon. I can't resist this, so I e-mailed them about this issue. Then then replied by saying XpressBees had cancelled the request for pickup and I was asked to make a new complaint again.

With that said, I registered a complaint enclosing all the above issues, then received a same sort of reply stating that product will be picked up soon and I was assigned a new ticket no. of 1907581.

Am I a joke to them? I really can't understand what the heck wrong with them?

Do anyone faced similar kind of issues, if so how do you resolved it?
