Boat — Product quality not good

I order product from boat Order ID : #2738406
it have to delver on 10th but they delay and when im not in home, they delivered it. i already mailed them for cancel too

also product quality not good. when i call them they say i have to take it as only neither replacement option i see as i m unable to login my boat account
