Boat — product replacement is not received yet

I have raised a complaint regarding my boat bluetooth rockerz earphones on 08-oct-2019 and after 7 days i. E on 15-oct-2019, my product was successfully received at the boat service center, mumbai. And at this point in time that is 22-0ct-2019, i have not received my replacement of the product even i mailed them a number of times still they don't bother about it. The customer care number is irresponsive.
All my tries are failed please help me. I feel like i have been cheated by this company.
