I have purchased a neckband from boat model number is 265v2 but they did not respond regarding the issue from 2 months and after that they said we do not have that product model for replacement. so i said please provide another model of my choice but they did not gave me that and said we will provide you 80 percent refund and i said yes. next day they said we are dispatching your product because we have that product now in our stock bit after wasting one week they provide me wrong product model i.e 255 pro and i dont need that and now they are saying you have to wait again.
