My shipment has been returned back to origin. What is the next course of action?
Will the shipment be again sent or there will be refund?
If refunded when will i get the refund?
Product: Boat Stone 620 Blue.
Placed Order on 25th Dec 2021.
Shipment connected to Origin on 12th Jan 2022.
RTO Delivered on 17th Jan 2022.
There is no email from Team boat over the next course of action.
I am regularly asking on email and playstore to atleast reply on the query but no customer support.
No one is replying on playstore nor Email from team boat.
Thats why i am not placing another order on some other shopping platform. An also to highlight, I bought in fresh sale the product.
And if i go and buy now i am at loss; I will have to pay extra.
So infact they should also refund the difference is the order i placed and the price now.
Really very poor customer support. I have no clue what is going to happen next. Are Boat cheating this way for money!
