Boat — Product warranty

Recently, I have ordered boat airdopes supreme in sporty blue colour from Flipkart and had issues with the product within a month. So I had raised the warranty claim for it as it had 1 year of warranty. After rejecting the pick up four times without even contacting me, finally my product got picked up by @bluedart courier on my 5th attempt and 3rd warranty claim against the boat ID — 50793066 and bluedart tracking ID [protected].

There didn't end the problem, my warranty was rejected by @boat saying they received the wrong product. They were trying to reject my warranty and send me the wrongly shipped item to my address. I have attached the proof video of the product that I handed over to the courier pick up partner, which is airdopes supreme in sporty blue colour. I would like to add that I won't be able to surpass the warranty claim without proper invoice of the specified product, this is also a valid point to support the right shipment done from my end.

After contacting the boat service multiple times, I was asked to wait on the escalation case id 50903202 and was asked to wait for 72 hours, meanwhile the wrong shipment was also sent back to my address through another delivery partner - Delhivery and I was asked to accept that it if it arrives. They didn't assure me on the resolution too, I was just asked to wait for an update for 3 days and within that period the wrong product would reach me. With what I get to know from boat, they will definitely only ask me to make peace with the wrong product and I have to bear the loss of my original product, and the money and time I have spent on these. There were no proper integrity in the status of the order too from Boat' end. Also, I don't think any escalation should take this long to even acknowledge.

I really don't understand what I should do after accepting a different product which is not even mine and of some other model and color with defect.

I have contacted both boat and bluedart. As I didn't receive much assistance from the local bluedart courier service, so have initiated a mail to look into the matter, everything in vain.

I have been put through incredibly frustrating situation, having the pickup rejected multiple times and then dealing with the wrong product being shipped back. It sounds like there were several mishaps in handling my case, starting with Bluedart's failed attempts to contact me and now Boat's error.

I definitely need proper compensation for the inconvenience caused and wasting my invaluable time, effort and money. A consumer can't be the victim of the mistake that happened in transit.

Looking for a fair solution from atleast from this forum.
