Following up again with a new ticket id raised as discussed over the call with Ms Preeti.
Raised a new ticket Id: 4834355, suggested by boat customer care and the pickup boy decline to take that product. Stating that this is different product.
Bhai mera bhi concern, but us product ko dekh k pick up boy ne mana kar liya pick up se. But hum customer ka kya jinko open kar k refuse karne ki Authority nahi.
I have ordered a Boat Bluetooth Stone 650 red from Amazon and while using it was encountered with an issues - it was not turning on.
I visited the service center and submitted the product for replacement/repair. With ticket ID: 4745233.
I received the courier and found a non branded product in Boat speaker box. I immediately called the courier boy and inform this but he suggested to reach out to customer care as he can't help. Courier boy number +[protected]
I have emailed all the pics and my concerns to the requested mail id. ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com)
I am following up multiple times but had no luck, all the time i am advised to follow a new process.
Please have a look into this issue and provide the product which I have paid for.
