I have ordered boAt Storm smartwatch in 12th Friday 2021. But Unfortunately I have received a defective product. The smart watch is Having problem and only vibrating and I can't use it comfortably. I have dialled to the customer care for cancel this product and Refund but they're saying only Replacement can be done. I have been boAt coustomer and was really happy With the service so far.However I'm bit dissapointed with this product. So my request to you is please cancel my order and refund my money.
