Boat — Received wrong product after service

Address:3A, Jayasimapuram, P.N.Palayam, Coimbatore-641037,

On 18th Dec I've registered a complaint about the charging issue in the boat authorization site. And my product (boat 650 red) reached their warehouse on 28th Dec after the service I've received the wrong product (boat 700 blac) on 31st Dec.

After I receives the wrong product immediatelty I contacted with their customer service executive person and mail also sent everyday untill 6th Jan 2021.

Mainly customer service executive person is hanged the phone call while explaining the above issue they are not responding totally
