boat earphones i purchase on last month 28th October 1 day use some problem earphone sounds jack pin and mic not working properly and I'm in return policy 7 days I'm return and select to exchange my product but product not available in stock call costumer care boat she's says don't worry your amount will be refunded on 10 days but today sir 20/22 days are complete no response and again I'm call to costumer care says 30 days etc status check daily refund pending show anytime sir i hope u help me
