I had done a payment for a boat product on their official website on 25 aug 2022 at 10:04 pm. But even after staying on thier web page for than 10 mins. I didn't get any confirmation. I had also mailed them but didn't receive any beneficial reply. They claim to refund money in between 5 to 7 days but it already due date.
