Boat — Refund Not Received For Returned Product

I had returned Boat Rockerz 235V2 earphones that i bought from the boat website on 12th October'2020. I had applied for return on 19th October. The product was successfully delivered to the boat centre but I haven't received the refund amount of ₹1199 till now and I had tried thousand times to contact on the customer service number provided in every message i got from their side but still got no answer and everytime i was put on hold to get in touch with the customer service agent. Refund ticket status showing that the refund was completed 15 days ago but i haven't received a single penny in my paytm wallet. As I paid through paytm wallet on the boat website the refund must be instant bcoz it's not a bank which will take so much time. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
